Terms of Service

1. Admissions & Batch Placement
Admission to batches is subject to seat availability. All batches are strictly capped at 8 to 10 students to guarantee personalized attention. Enrollment is confirmed following a consultation with Malathy Ma'am regarding curriculum alignment and academic goals.
2. Batch Attendance & Class Scheduling
Each subject consists of 2 scheduled sessions per week (2 to 2½ hours each). While regular punctuality is expected, students who miss a class due to illness or school examinations have full access to recorded video archives and doubt assistance.
3. Classroom Decorum
We maintain an encouraging, collaborative, and respectful study atmosphere. At our Besant Nagar study centre (M26, 25th Cross St) and in online rooms, distractions must be kept to a minimum so all batchmates can focus.
4. Proprietary Learning Materials & Video Access
All problem worksheets, chapter tests, answer rubrics, and video recordings provided by Malathy Sundaresan's Tuitions are licensed strictly for the personal study of enrolled students and may not be redistributed.
